Khoya gulab jamun recipe

Usually we make gulab jaman only with ready made mid. If you add Khoya and make it. This will take the jamun to next level. Let see how to make it. Make it for diwali.

INGREDIENTS:
- Ready made gulab jamun mix - 2 cup
- Khoya - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 or 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Oil - for frying.
- ----------------------
- -- for sugar syrup
- ----------------------
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Water - 2 cup
- Crushed cardamom - 2 count
PREPARATION:
- Mix gualab jamun mix, khoya, milk and make a soft dough like you do for chapatti. Now make small balls out of these
- Heat a pan add sugar, water, crushed cardamom. Cook this by stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. NOTE: you don't need to make thick syrup out of it.
- Now fry all the balls to golden brown in low heat to medium heat until they are cooked.
- Now add all the cooked balls into the warm sugar syrup. Soak this for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- If the syrup is too hot when you add the balls it will bread into pieces. If its cold the balls will not be soaked well.
