INGREDIENTS:
- Vanjaram (king mackerel or seer) fish - 2 pieces
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste.
- Sambar powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp).
PREPARATION:
- Make a thick paste of turmeric, chili powder, salt and sambar powder.
- Mix fish with the paste coat well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- In a pan heat oil fry the fish (cook one side when done flip and cook until done) and serve.
NOTES:
- Cook in medium heat.
- You can also deep fry them until they are done.
