INGREDIENTS:
- Fatty fish pieces (Mackerel or king Mackerel or Salmon or ...) - 7 or 8 thin pieces
- Chicken 65 powder or Fish fry masala powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder (if needed) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Tamarind juice - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add Chicken 65 powder or Fish fry masala powder, chili powder, Garlic paste, salt. Now add tamarind water as needed and mix to a thick paste.
- Now add the fish pieces and mix well until the masala is coated well. Keep this marinated for an hour.
- Now fry the fish pieces to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with rasam or curd rice.
