INGREDIENTS:
- Sura or shark fish - 500 grams
- Hot green chili - 12
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Onion - 4
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
PREPARATION:
- Remove the skin from the shark.
- Cook the fish with turmeric powder, adding water until all the water is all evaporated. Keep it aside.
- Cut onion, green chilies into fine pieces.
- Remove bones from the fish, add the fennel seeds and break the fish into small pieces and mix them well.
- In a pan melt the ghee. add oil and heat them. Once hot.
- Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add green chilies for 1- 2 min.
- Add the fish and cook it until it turns golden brown. (water is gone and the fish is fried) and serve.
