INGREDIENTS:
- Sura (Shark) – 1 cup
- Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
- Cloves – 2
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Finely chopped garlic – 10 cloves
- Curry leaves – 10
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Finely chopped green chilies – 3
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 3 tablespoon (tbsp)
PREPARATION:
- Boil Sura (Shark) with turmeric, salt for 20 minutes, peel the skin and crumble them into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Now add onion and cook until it turns golden brown. now add the garlic and green chilies and cook until they are cooked.
- Add the fish and cook until oil is well coated and color changes like fried in oil.
- Now add the black pepper, curry leaves and cook for 3 min and serve.
