INGREDIENTS:
- Fish (Seer Fish or Malabar trevally or Asian Sea bass ) - 1/4 kilogram or 4 pieces
- Chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fennel seed powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Gram flour - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Roasted gram flour - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Corn flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - for frying.
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients expect fish into a thick paste. NOTE: add as little water as possible if you really need to.
- Apply thick paste to fish so that the fish is well coated. Marinate masala coated fish for an hour.
- After marinating for an hour. Pan or deep fry them to golden brown and serve.
