INGREDIENTS:
- Small Shark pieces - 5
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Tomato - 1
- Slit Green chili - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fresh coconut paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- Marinate the fish pieces with salt, 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of chili powder for 30 minutes. Fry the fish 3/4 cooked in oil and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chili and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add rest of the chili powder and sauté it.
- Now add tomato and sauté until oil separates.
- Now add salt, coconut paste, 1/2 cup water, fried fish. Cover with a lid.
- Boil and cook until the raw smell is gone and serve.
