INGREDIENTS:
- Big sea bass - cut 6 pieces
- Curd or yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Tandoori masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Paprika powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Apply vinegar, lemon juice and salt as needed on the fish.
- Add chili powder, tandoori masala powder, garlic powder, paprika powder to yogurt or curd and mix well.
- Apply well the yogurt on the fish and marinate for 1 hour. Now brush the fish with oil.
- Heat the oven to 200 degree Fahrenheit, in a baking tray bake the fish for 20 minutes and serve.
