INGREDIENTS:
- Finely chopped Radish - 1/4 kilograms
- Dry anchovy fish - 100 grams
- Thick tamarind juice - 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Finely chopped tomato - 1
- Chopped Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sliced green chili - 2
- Curry leaf - 8
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan add the anchovy and fry them. Once the anchovy is fried add onion, tomato, green chili, curry leaf, radish and sauté until oil starts to separate.
- Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, salt and cook until the raw smell of tamarind is gone. Continue cooking until the oil separates and serve.
