INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fish pieces - 1/2 kilogram.
  2. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Coriander seed powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Cumin seed powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - as needed for pan fry.
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl all the ingredients except oil and mix well until the fish is coated well with masala. Keep this marinating for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan heat oil. now fry the fish pieces until cooked to golden brown on both sides and servce.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with curd, rasam, samber rice.
  2. You can also beat 2 eggs and dip the marinated fish pieces in egg wash and fry them and serve.
