INGREDIENTS:
- Big panna fish - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fennel seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1/4 cup.
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cut the fish into big pieces.
- Marinate the fish for 15 minutes by adding turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, fennel seed powder mixed well in a bowl.
- In a pan heat oil and fry the fish both sides until it turns golden brown and serve. NOTE: takes 3 to 4 minutes to cook each side.
NOTES:
- Panna fish
 
- OTHER FISHES CAN BE COOKED THIS WAY AS WELL.
