INGREDIENTS:
- Shark (sura) fish - 1/2 kilogram
- Finely chopped onion - 250 grams
- Curry leaf - 8
- Finely chopped Garlic - 100 grams
- Finely chopped green chili - 4
- Coriander leaf - from 1/2 bunch
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Cook the shark and remove the skin and bones. i.e. should not have any water left.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add chopped onion, curry leaves and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add chopped garlic, green chili and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add the cooked shark, salt as needed and sauté until they loose all moisture and turn golden brown. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
NOTES:
- Add oil if needed.
