INGREDIENTS:
- Cat fish fillet - 1/2 kilo gram
- Lemon - 1
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Chicken tikka masala - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Mix the fish, lemon juice, oil, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt.
- Marinate the mixture for 1 hour.
- Grill the fish fillet and serve.
NOTES:
- You can also bake the fish with oven 350 degree Fahrenheit for 20 min. Or you can use the microwave to grill the fish for 20 min each side.
