INGREDIENTS:
- Whole Tilapia fish - 2
- Garlic powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Clean the fish and pat all the water. Make few cuts on the fish.
- Now add garlic powder, paprika powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, vinegar, salt to taste and rub the fish well. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.
- Now brush the fish with oil. Bake the fish in oven for 35 minutes with 200 degree Fahrenheit. NOTE: Fish will release water while cooking. On the baking tray keep the fish elevated on a mesh. i.e. should not lie in the baking tray.
NOTES:
- Other whole fishes can be used as well.
