INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 3
- Finely chopped scallion (spring onion) - from 1 bunch
- Black pepper powder - as needed
- Oil - as required
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl break and add the egg. To this add scallion, black pepper powder, salt. Now beat the egg well.
- Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
- As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
- Once done serve.
