INGREDIENTS:
- Gim (dried laver seaweed) - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Cucumber - 1
- Egg - 1
- White radish - 1
- Cooked rice - 2 handful
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Chop carrot into a long thin slices.
- Chop cucumber into a long thin slices.
- Chop white radish into a long thin slices.
- Beat the egg and make omelet. Cut the omelet into thin long slices.
- Add salt, black pepper to cooked rice and mix well.
- -- rolling kim bap --
- Place a sheet of seaweed(“kim”) on the bamboo mat and evenly spread a layer of rice in the center of it.
- Now place the vegetables, egg slices on the rice.
- Roll it up gently using bamboo mat
- Remove the bamboo mat and cut roll into pieces about 1 inch thick and place it plate and serve.
NOTES:
- Gimbap Serves 1 person.
