INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 4
- Finely chopped onion – 2 (medium size)
- Finely chopped green chili - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Spit black gram - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
- Oil - 3 tablespoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Break eggs into a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt to taste and beat well.
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, split black gram. When mustard seed stop splattering.
- Add onion, green chili and cook until onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add the beaten egg and cook the egg stirring continuously in low flame until the egg is cooked until the egg pieces are fluffed and dry. NOTE: scrap the pan if egg stick to it or cook in non-stick pan
- Serve with rice.
NOTES:
- Egg should look like kind of pop corn and dry.
