INGREDIENTS:
- Bread slice - 3
- Egg - 2
- Finely chopped Onion - 1
- Finely chopped Green chili - 2
- Finely chopped Curry leaf - 8
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 to 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Break the bread slices into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed once it stop splattering, then add onion, curry leaf, green chili and cook until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add the bread pieces and sauté for a minute.
- Now break the egg, salt to taste.
- Sauté and cook until egg is cooked well and serve.
