INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- In bowl break the egg, add wheat flour and salt.
- Now add water as needed and make dosai batter.
- -- Making Dosai --
- Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
- Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin flat round sheet
- Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the dosai is cooked on the other side.
- Remove and serve
