INGREDIENTS:
- Varagu (Kodo Millet) - 100 grams
- Chopped Cucumber (unripened) - 100 grams
- Dry Green chili - 1
- Shredded coconut - little
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - little
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Soak Varagu (Kodo Millet) in water until they are soaked. Drain he liquid.
- Grind the soaked Varagu (Kodo Millet), cucumber pieces into to batter to dosai consistency.
- Grind coconut, cumin seeds, coconut, coriander leaves into a fine thick paste by adding little water as needed, Add this to batter along with salt as needed and beat well.
- Now make dosai and serve.
NOTES:
- You don't need wait for batter to ferment overnight.
