Pizza dosai recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1. Dosai batter - 1 cup
2. Egg - 1
3. Sliced Onion - 1
4. Sliced Tomato - 1
5. Black pepper powder + cumin seed powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
6. Chopped Coriander leaf - 10 count
7. Chopped Green chili - 1
8. Chopped Curry leaf - 7 to 10 count
9. Oil - teaspoon (tsp.)
10. Salt - 2 pinch.

PREPARATION:

1. Heat the skillet and coat with oil. Now pour 2 ladle of dosai batter and spread to thick round like you do for Uttapam.
2. Now break the egg in the center. Now sprinkle black pepper powder + cumin powder.
3. Now sprinkle (as needed) onion pieces, tomato pieces, green chili pieces, coriander leaf ,curry leaf.
4. Now sprinkle little oil around the pizza dosai. Flip the dosai and cook until the dosai is cooked and serve.
