INGREDIENTS:
- Dosai batter - as needed
- Paneer - 2 cup
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green chili - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Unsalted butter - as needed
- Coriander leaf - little
- Mint leaf - little
- Ghee - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Finely chop onion, tomato, green chili, Capsicum, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
- Grate the paneer.
- In a pan melt butter add onion, green chili, capsicum and sautae until they become soft. add tomato and sauté until they are mushy and oil start to separate.
- Now add turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- No add shredded paneer, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves and sauté until the oil seperates. Remove from heat.

- Heat dosai skillet and coat with ghee.
- Take a ladle of dosai batter and spread very thin around like a round sheet.
- Now sprinkle some ghee on the dosai and cook until the dosai becomes crispy.
- Now place paneer masala as needed, Place little butter on top of paneer masala if you like.
- Once dosai is cooked fold into 2 so the dosai covers the masala and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with coconut chutney
