INGREDIENTS:
- Mudakathan keerai (Balloon vine leaf) - 2 handful
- Parboiled rice - 2 cup
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Soak parboiled rice in water for 5 hours.
- Powder black pepper.
- Powder cumin seeds.
- Grind the soaked rice, mudakathan keerai (Balloon vine leaves) into a dosai batter in a wet grinder or a blender (mixer). Add salt to the batter beat well and keep it aside for 6 hours.
- Now add the black pepper, cumin seed powder and beat the batter well.
- Now make dosai with the batter and serve.

- Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
- Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin flat round sheet
- Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the dosai is cooked on the other side. Remove and serve
