INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Keerai (spinach or other greens) - from 1 bunch
- Gram flour - 100 grams
- Finely chopped Onion - 100 grams
- Wheat or Maida flour - 1/4 cup
- Chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves - little
- Chopped green chili - 3
- Yogurt or Curd - 1/4 cup
- Oil or butter - for making omelette
- Salt - as required.
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients to dosai batter consistency.
- Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
- As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
- Once done serve.
