INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped green chili - 2
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped curry leaf - as needed
  4. Chopped coriander leaf - as needed
  5. Turmeric powder - as needed
  6. Chili powder - as needed
  7. Black powder - as needed
  8. Oil - as needed
  9. Salt - as needed
  10. ------------------------------
  11. -- To dry roast ---------
  12. ------------------------------
  13. Bengal gram - 50 grams
  14. Pigeon pea - 50 grams
  15. Green gram - 50 grams
  16. Black gram + cashew nut + corn - 50 grams
  17. Whole wheat - 50 grams

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast each ingredients separately under section "-- To dry roast ---------". Cool this down to room temperature and grind together coarsely. Add to this salt, water as needed and make batter like dosai consistency.
  2. Now add green chili, onion, curry leaf, coriander leaf, turmeric powder, chili powder to the batter and beat well.
  3. Heat a skillet, coat with oil. Now pour a ladle of batter spread round. once the bottom side is cooked flip the omelette and cook to golden brown and serve hot. Same way make omelette with rest of the batter.
