INGREDIENTS:
- Small chicken pieces (1 inch size) - 1/4 kilogram
- Lemon - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Cloves - 2
- Oil - to deep fry (1 cup or as needed)
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Grind ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves into a fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
- Add this ground paste and salt to taste to the chicken and marinate for 2 - 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan or tawa. Deep fry the chicken and serve.
NOTES:
- If you use tawa fry them like you fry fish and serve. You want to keep the heat in medium, simmer and fry.
