INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken - 1 kilogram
  2. Soy sauce - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Green chili - 5 or as needed
  4. Ginger, garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
  6. Curry leaf - 8
  7. Salt - as needed
  8. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind ginger garlic paste, green chili, black pepper into a thick fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  2. Add soy soy sauce, ground paste, salt as needed to chicken and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. NOTE: careful some soy sauce already have salt.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in simmering heat until the chicken is cooked and all the liquid evaporated and keep it aside.
  4. In a pan heat oil. Add curry leaves and let it splatter. Now add the cooked chicken and cook in low heat for 10 minutes until the oil separates and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with rasam.
