INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken - 1 kilogram
- Soy sauce - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Green chili - 5 or as needed
- Ginger, garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
- Curry leaf - 8
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Grind ginger garlic paste, green chili, black pepper into a thick fine paste by adding little water as possible.
- Add soy soy sauce, ground paste, salt as needed to chicken and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. NOTE: careful some soy sauce already have salt.
- Cook the marinated chicken in simmering heat until the chicken is cooked and all the liquid evaporated and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat oil. Add curry leaves and let it splatter. Now add the cooked chicken and cook in low heat for 10 minutes until the oil separates and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with rasam.
