INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Onion Shallot - 3
- Unsalted Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup
- Hot Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Tamarind juice (Soak tamarind ) - 1/4 cup or 3 teaspoon (tsp) tamarind paste
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Grind Peanuts into a powder (dry). Cut onion into very small pieces
- Clean the chicken, in blow mix and marinate the chicken with Hot Chili, coriander, turmeric powder
- In a heavy pan, heat the oil. Add onion and fry until golden brown
- Now add the marinated chicken, stir occasionally and cook for 5-10 min
- When the chicken in 3/4 cooked, add black pepper powder, tamarind juice, peanut powder and salt
- Stir and cook (add little water if needed) until the chicken is done well and oil separated from chicken (dry).
