INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken (cut into small pieces) - 1/2 kilogram
- Dry chili (broken into small pieces) - 10
- Finely chopped Onion - 100 grams
- Finely chopped Garlic - 4 cloves
- Finely chopped Ginger - 1 inch
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed.
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1/4 cup.
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in the pan. Add onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Now add the dry chili and sauté for few minutes.
- Now add the ginger, garlic and sauté until raw smell is gone.
- Now add the chicken. Mix and cook without adding too much water. You can sprinkle water if needed. NOTE: Chicken has water it will release them.
- Once the chicken is cooked. NOTE: make sure no or very less water left.
- Add salt as needed, black pepper sauté for few minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with white rice.
