INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1/4 kilogram
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut the chicken pieces into small pieces.
- In bowl add the chicken, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, chili powder, salt to taste, ginger paste, garlic paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan to 350 degree Fahrenheit (°F)
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces cooked to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Keep the oil close to 350 degree Fahrenheit (°F) for best result
