Crush green chili and dry chili separately in a motor and pestle
In a bowl add the chicken pieces, Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder, Ginger garlic paste, crushed green chili, crushed dry chili, lemon juice, curry leaf, salt. Mix well and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
Before you fry the pieces add the garam masala and mix well.
Now deep fry the chicken pieces to crispy golden brown in low to medium heat for long time and serve.
