INGREDIENTS:
- Small chicken pieces (1 inch size) - 3/4 kilogram
- -- For Marinating --
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed.
- Lemon juice - from 1 lemon
- Salt - to taste
- -- For dipping --
- Egg - 3
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- -- For coating --
- Maida flour - 2 cup
- Bread crumbs or Rusk crumbs - 2 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - for deep frying (1 cup or as needed)
PREPARATION:
- Add ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, lemon juice and salt to taste to the chicken, mix well and marinate for 1 - 4 hours.
- Before you are read to cook break egg in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon (tsp.) chili powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste and beat the egg well.
- In a large wide bowl mix maida flour, crumbs, salt to taste and mix well.
- In a pan heat oil for frying (350 degrees Fahrenheit) . take few ( 3- 4) marinated chicken pieces, dip in the egg then coat with flour crumbs mixture. Drop them in oil and deep fry them and serve.
NOTES:
- Keep the oil heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to get a crispy chicken.
