INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken bone - 1 kilogram
- Chopped Big Onion - 1
- Chopped Carrot - 2
- Chopped Celery - 2
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Bay leaf - 3
PREPARATION:
- In a big pan add chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, black pepper, bay leaf , 2 liter and bring to boil. Simmer and cook this for 4 hours until its reduce to half.
- Filter the pieces and keep the stock (liquid) in a air tight container, store in refrigerator and use when needed.
NOTES:
- You can use mutton (goat and lamb) bones and make mutton stock recipe.
- You can do the same with vegetables to make vegetable stock.
