INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken - 100 grams
- Egg - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Heat 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil; now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add the chicken sauté the chicken until it turns color. Add salt to taste; simmer and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Before you remove from heat add black pepper powder and mix well.
- In a bowl break the egg, add the cooked chicken, salt to taste and beat well.
- Heat a flat iron skillet. Coat with oil.
- Pour the eggs spread them around. Wait until one side is cooked. Flip the omelet to other side and cook until its cooked and serve.
NOTES:
- How to know when to flip an omelet? The eggs should not stick to the bottom of the pan. When you use spatula around the edges of the omelet it should not stick to the skillet.
