INGREDIENTS:
- Oats - 1 cup
- Bone less chicken pieces - 50 grams
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Finely chopped tomato - 1
- Chopped green chili - 2
- Chopped Small carrot - 1
- Chopped Green beans - 5
- Chopped Coriander leaf - 15
- Chopped Mint leaf - 15
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch piece
- Clove - 2
- Cardamom - 1
- Biryani masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fennel powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a pan heat oil. Now add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom sauté for 30 second.
- Now add onion, green chili, mint leaf and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown)
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add turmeric powder, biryani masala powder and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Now add tomato and sauté until oil separates.
- Now add the chicken pieces, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, fennel seed powder, salt, carrot, green beans, 1 1/2 cup of water. Boiling and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the oats and cook them by stirring time to time until they are cooked well.
- Once the oats is cooked well add coconut milk, coriander leaves.
- Mix well and serve.
