Kid friendly dish is chicken keema vadai it has lot of protein and healthy. it is also a good food for healthy adults.

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken keema (ground chicken) - 200 grams
- Finely chopped shallot (sambar onion) - 50 grams
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Bread crumb - 150 grams
- Egg - 1
- Salt -as needed
PREPARATION:
- Beat egg in a bowl.
- In a bowl add chicken, shallot (sambar onion), garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well. Now make small balls out of it. Now flatten it like you do for vadai.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take each raw vadai dip it in egg, then coat it with bread crumb and deep fry to golden brown or until its cooked then serve.
