INGREDIENTS:
- chicken - 1/2 kilogram
- Oil - to fry
- Ingredients grind to paste:
- Onion - 1
- Hot green chilies - 2
- cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- vinegar - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- ginger paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Yogurt or Curd - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Wash and cut the chicken meat into 1 inch cubes
- Grind all the ingredients except chicken and oil into a fine paste.
- Marinate the chicken mixed with the ground paste in a bowl for 2 hours
- In a fryer or in a deep pan heat oil and fry the chicken pieces until done
