INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1/4 kilogram
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely Sliced onion - 1
- Dry chili - 2
- Curry leaf - 5
- Sugar (optional) - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - to fry.
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Marinate the chicken with 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.) vinegar, 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.) soy sauce, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt as needed for 30 minutes. (basically mix all).
- Now deep or shallow fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside.
- In a pan heat 3 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil. Now add chopped garlic and sauté until it turns brown.
- Now add dry chili, onion, curry leaves, salt as needed and sauté until onion turn translucent (golden brown).
- Now add the rest of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add the fried chicken, sauté until its well coated and serve hot.
