INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1/2 kilogram
- Finely chopped tomato - 3
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Curry masala powder - 1/4 cup
- Ginger paste -2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - 20 leaves
- Mint leaf - 20 leaves
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Yogurt or curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and cook until they turn golden brown.
- Now add the tomato and cook until oil separates.
- Now add the ginger and garlic paste, cook until raw smell goes away.
- Now add 3/4 of coriander, 3/4 of mint leaves and cook for few minutes.
- Now add the chili powder, curry masala powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now add salt, yogurt and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now add the chicken, cover simmer and cook until the chicken is done. NOTE: time to time stir other wise chops will get burnt.
- Before you remove from heat add the garam masala powder, rest of coriander leaves, rest of the mint leaves mix well and serve.
