INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken - 300 grams
- Thinly sliced Onion - 150 grams
- Egg - 1
- Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped Tomato - 2
- Chopped Green chili - 3
- Chopped coriander leaf -a handful
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Add salt, turmeric powder to chicken mix well and marinate for 1 hour then fry them in oil and keep it aside.
- Break egg into bowl, add salt, a pinch of black pepper powder and beat well.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add green chili and sauté until they turn sautéed.
- Now add the sliced onion and sauté until onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add beaten egg and sauté until the egg is cooked 3/4th.
- Now add fried chicken, tomato, black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt as needed and cook until egg, tomato is cooked.
- Now add the coriander leaves mix well then remove from heat and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with vegetable biryani, fried rice.
