INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken - 300 grams
  2. Thinly sliced Onion - 150 grams
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Finely chopped Tomato - 2
  6. Chopped Green chili - 3
  7. Chopped coriander leaf -a handful
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Black pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Oil - as needed
  12. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Add salt, turmeric powder to chicken mix well and marinate for 1 hour then fry them in oil and keep it aside.
  2. Break egg into bowl, add salt, a pinch of black pepper powder and beat well.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Now add green chili and sauté until they turn sautéed.
  4. Now add the sliced onion and sauté until onion turns translucent (golden brown).
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  6. Now add beaten egg and sauté until the egg is cooked 3/4th.
  7. Now add fried chicken, tomato, black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt as needed and cook until egg, tomato is cooked.
  8. Now add the coriander leaves mix well then remove from heat and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with vegetable biryani, fried rice.
