INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken pieces - 1 kilogram
- Onion - 4
- Ginger paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - 10
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Grind onion into a fine thick paste by adding little water as possible.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chicken. once the chicken sautéed a little bit add turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté until the chicken is half cooked.
- Now add chili powder, salt and mix well. Place a lid and cook the chicken until the chicken sweat all the liquid.
- Now add the onion paste. Stir time to time and cook the chicken until the oil separates. NOTE: stirring is must to avoid burning the chicken
- Now add coriander leaves. Mix well. Remove from heat and serve.
- Tasty Andhra spicy chicken fry is ready
