INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slice - 10 count
  2. Paneer cubes - 100 grams
  3. Egg - 2
  4. Finely Chopped onion - 4
  5. Finely Chopped tomato - 4
  6. Coriander leaf - as needed for garnish
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Copped green chili - 3
  9. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
  11. Masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Oil - 250 milliliter
  13. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. -------------------------------------------
  2. --- Making the masala stuffing -----
  3. ---------------------------------------------
  4. In a skillet heat oil as needed added egg and make scrambled egg (podimas) and keep it aside.
  5. Now add onion and sauté until they become translucent.
  6. Now add chopped tomato, panner, coriander leaves, chopped green chili and sauté until tomato is sautéed and oil start to separate.
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, little water and sauté until all the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.

  9. --- Roasting the bread slices -----
  10. ------------------------------------------
  11. Take 2 slice at a time. Place one slice in the bottom on top of it place masala stuffing as needed. Now place the second slice and sealt it.
  12. In a dosai skillet Coat oil as needed and heat it. Now places the bread slices once the bottom side is roasted to golden brown flip and cook the other side to golden brown. then serve.
  13. Cook the other slices as the same way and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Roast one by one for good result.
  2. Adjust green chili and chili powder to you spice tolerence level.
