INGREDIENTS:
- Vellam (jaggery) - 2 sticks or 1/4 cup [ break them in fine pieces]
- Tea powder - 3 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Milk - 3 cup
- Cardamom - 2 (crushed in pestle)
PREPARATION:
- Add tea to milk and bring to boil. Simmer and now add the jaggery and cardamom.
- Stir and cook until the jaggery is completely melted.
- Bring the milk to boil.
- Filter the milk and serve hot.
