INGREDIENTS:
- Tender coconut - 1 (Big one with tender coconut inside)
- Soda - 200 milliliter
- Sugar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Ice cube - 2 cup.
PREPARATION:
- Get the coconut water and tender pulp separately and keep it aside.
- In a mixer add tender coconut pulp, sugar, 2 ice cubes and grid for 3 minutes. Now add the coconut water and grind for 3 more minutes.
- In a bowl add the coconut pulp water, soda and mix gentle. Serve cold with ice cubes as needed.
