INGREDIENTS:
- Rava - 2 cup
- Onion - 3
- Green chili - 13
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Water - 5 cups
- Split bengal gram - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Cahews - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Curry leaves - 5
PREPARATION:
- Cut onions and green chili into small pieces.
- In a pan fry the rava until it turns light brown and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat ghee and oil when is hot enough add the split bengal gram, mustard seed and cook until mustard seed splatter.
- Now add the cut onions and green chili and cook until golden brown.
- Now add the water and bring to boil. Now add the rava very slowly and stir. Add the cashews.
- Now reduce the heat and simmer until the rava is cooked.
