INGREDIENTS:
- Adhirasam batter - 1 cup
- Milk - as needed
- Roasted coconut pieces in ghee - 1/2 cup
- Cooking soda - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add adhirasam batter, coconut pieces, cooking soda, milk as needed and make dosai batter.
- Heat the kuzhi paniyaram pan with oil in the kuzhi. Pour the batter into the kuzhi.
- When cooked (turn golden brown) flip over and cook the other side to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Cook them in batches and serve.
