Sweet bonda recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1. Maida flour - 1 cup
2. Banana - 1
3. Soar idli batter - 1/2 cup
4. Sugar - 3/4 cup
5. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
6. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
7. Oil - 1 1/2 cup.

PREPARATION:

1. Grind maida flour, sugar, cardamom powder, salt, banana, soar idli batter into a thick batter.
2. In a pan heat oil;
3. Now take batter in a ladle drop in oil.
4. Lower the heat ;deep fry them to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

1. Do this in batches so the oil does not cool down fast.
