Romano beans (flat bean) sundal can be cooked in short time as you don't need to soak them. Lets see how to make this recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- Romano beans pods (flat bean) - 2 to 3 cup
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Spilt black gram - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 5 count
- Dry chili - 1
- Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Remove the seeds from then beans.
- Boil the beans for 20 to 25 minutes or until its cooked by adding salt. Remove the liquid and keep it aside NOTE: if you cook with pressure cooker cook for a minute.
- In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, split black gram, curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add the cooked beans and sauté for 1 or 2 minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Your can cook peanuts sundal this way as well.
