INGREDIENTS:
- Squid - 200 grams
- Corn flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Rava - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
- Egg - 1
- Oil - to deep fry
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add the egg white, corn flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, squid and mix well. Keep this 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.
- Spread rava in a tray or place. Now add the marinated squid and coat the rava well.
- Heat oil 350 degree Fahrenheit (176.6 degree Celsius). add the squid and immediately flip them. Cook this for 2 minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Squid will cook in 1 or 2 minutes don't cook too long it will become chewy.
- For better result use squid rings.
