INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp Or Prawns - 100 grams
- Shallot (sambar onion) - 9 count
- Green chili - 5
- Mutton masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Fresh shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Fennel seed - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed.
- Oil - to fry
PREPARATION:
- Grind all the ingredients except oil into thick paste by adding little water if needed.
- Now make balls out of shrimp paste and flatten it like we do for vadai.
- In a dosai skillet heat good amount of oil to fry. Now fry the shrimp vadai on both side until they are cooked to golden brown.
